Working Flow of NMC Project Cargo Department

1. Cargo Details
Customer have to supply detailed information including the name of artwork, artist, texture, dimension, weight, miniatures, pickup address, cargo value, ready date, operation time for the exhibition, duration of the exhibition and anything that we need to specially taken care of.

2. A Comprehensive Quotation
We will present a detailed quotation including domestic & international transportation, packing service, usage of special equipment and labor cost in accordance to the needs of our customers.

3. Packing
We will provide a suitable and safe packing solution after evaluating the texture, dimension, weight of the artwork as well as the outside factors such as temperature, humidity, pressure, vibration and the chosen transportation mode.

4. SEA/AIR &IMPORT/EXPORT arrangement:
We provide a total solution for SEA, AIR and road transportation all over the world together with our partners worldwide.

5. Accredited Partners:
We have a close cooperation with international and domestic exhibition companies and well-known relocation companies to offer a qualified service including export/import clearance, inspection of cargo, relocations of personal effects and custom declaration process.

Note:
We strongly suggest customer to purchase insurance for your delicate artworks. When damage occurred during the transportation process, we will assist our customer to file claim to insurance company. However, if customer decide not to purchase any insurance for their artworks, we can merely assist to file claim to shipping lines and airlines for their standard compensation which is considerably lower amount compared to what insurance companies can offer.
