We act as coordinator within internal departments and overseas branch offices to make sure all requirements from customers are well satisfied.

We make sure the internal communication is smooth and efficient in order to reach a high standard and qualified service to our customers.

We are very familiar with any information runs within our departments, so we can always offer a one-stop service along with decent quality and efficiency.

We are the coordinator between customers and our teams. By doing so, we believe it is a perfect way to have an open, honest and WIN-WIN cooperation.

Service Scope

We monitor the status of each inbound and outbound shipment. We offer service including SEA freight, triangle trade, courier shipments, Mini-three links service, custom declaration, trucking arrangement, insurance service, application of certificate of origin and consultation service for import duties related matter.

We track each shipment so that we can make sure the loading, unloading and transit arrangement is on time. If there are irregularities of shipments, we will inform customers timely and assist them to find a suitable solution.

We assist our customer to arrange special shipments, such as Dangerous Goods, Oil Tank, chemical liquid shipments, flat rack and open top shipments as well as the required documentation for these shipments.

We deliver all messages from customers internally so that we can make sure all info are circulated timely and efficiently.

We arrange the routine orders and consignments from our partners worldwide.
