Today, we are pleased to share the next chapter for NVO Worldwide, with Craft Group.

We have reached an agreement for the sale of our operations in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France to Craft Group, a global neutral NVOCC headquartered in Brazil.

This step connects our strong European presence with Craft’s international network. It creates opportunities for more direct LCL connections, stronger FCL procurement and a broader service offering, including neutral airfreight consolidation and additional neutral logistics services.

The NVO Worldwide name and our commitment to neutrality will remain unchanged. Our day-to-day cooperation with agents and partners will continue as usual.

Our operations in the United Kingdom and Iceland are outside the scope of the transaction and will remain under their current ownership.

Michael de Rouw, CEO of NVO Worldwide: “We are proud of what we have built with NVO Worldwide over the past fifteen years. In Craft, we have found a partner who shares our vision and with whom we can continue building a global network.”

Thank you to our colleagues, agents and partners for your trust and continued cooperation. We look forward to building this next chapter together.
